Designurnails.com will gladly refund your money if there are any defects in our
products. Products will need to be returned in the original packing and in
unused condition. All products must be post mark and returned within 30 days of
your original purchase date. Please send us a short email with your order number
and why you are returning the products. Unfortunately we do not refund postage
and handling (shipping) fees.
SHORTAGES
Please notify us as soon as you receive your package and you notice an item is
missing from your order.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address information upon
check out. If the package is shipped to an incorrect address which was provided
by the customer, then the customer takes full responsibility to retrieve
packages or will be responsible for full cost of the items shipped. |
